Drawing up a tenancy agreement
Full video of the property and taking a Schedule of Condition and inventory
Collecting the rent and accounting to you monthly
Chasing any rental arrears if necessary during the tenancy term
Making regular inspections of the property and reporting any irregularities
Advising on any repairs that are necessary or if any works are required to bring the property in line with current legislations ( chargeable at an additional cost if works are needed to be carried out by a contractor)
Answer any questions you may have: i.e. Gas Certificates, EPC's and Landlords insurance and tax
Issuing any legal notices i.e. Section 21 or Section 8 notice
